KfW Protected Areas Financial Analysis and Project Development (2010)

Financial planning, financial feasibility analysis and budget development for Euro 9 million Georgia protected area system project. The feasibility analysis involved budgetary analysis of the Agency of Protected Areas, assessment likely increase in operational costs of project components, assessment of tourist potential and service delivery potential for the areas.

The budget formulation involved the development of an 8yr multi-component project financial plan, development of standardised costing units, costing of all project components and estimation of on-going costs.
